Your Mammoth Cubes tray comes with a lifetime guarantee. So if it ever develops a fault, you can return it to us for a refund or a new unit, no questions asked. And in the event of a fault, we will cover the return postage.

However, should you simply wish to return your Mammoth Cubes tray, you have 7 days from receiving it to do so, but postage will not be covered by us as it’s simply a unwanted purchase and not a faulty return. To initiate a return with us, simply get in touch with us via our contact form here.
